Today was my second visit to the salon to see my stylist Ella, once again I wasn’t disappointed!! Ella again took my coat and showed me to my seat where I was offered tea or coffee- which I kindly declined. We had an in-depth consultation about what I was after and if I wanted to grow out previous styles etc. I said I wanted a trim but to ultimately I would like to grow it longer. She then showed how much she thought needed to be cut to make my hair healthy to make sure I was happy. The hair wash/ head massage… WOW it was perfect pressure and very relaxing!! See you in 6 weeks!! :)

Wow !! I have never had a facial quite like the one I had today. It started with a consultation and professional advice. Then I was made comfortable in a clean warm room. Following a deep cleanse a mask was appied and shoulder, neck and arm massage. It was very relaxing. The light mask was a new experience for me but it felt good and therapeutic. Overall is was a 5* treatment and I felt great afterwards and left with a spring in my step and glowing skin.

Truly the best facial experience I’ve ever had. Kaylor provides such a relaxed and calming space. The whole facial was beautiful with amazing smelling products. My skin is glowing ❤️

Kaylor is amazing. She caters every facial to what I need that day, uses gold standard products and truly takes time and care to make it a relaxing and healing experience whilst also giving your skin the treatment it needs. I always come out looking and feeling amazing.

The most amazing place. My hair has never been in such great condition. The head-spa is a must! The owners are wonderful and Faith is the best. Never met anyone who has taken it so personally to improve the quality of my hair/scalp. I don't care what anyone says but bad hair days don't exist at serenity!

Absolutely obsessed with my new hair, thanks to Kirsty working her magic 🙌🏻🫶🏻 Kirsty is so attentive, she really knows want you want and didn’t disappoint with the end results 🔥 Let’s not forget how soft my hair felt, the products they use are divine!! The best smelling stuff I’ve ever experienced in a salon, I couldn’t help but walk away with the shampoo and conditioner too!! Also one of the parts we all love the most, the head massage, it was just 10/10, I was so relaxed!! Kirsty is just so gentle and lovely and stays with you the whole appointment so it’s fully 1-1!
