Beautiful rooms. Enjoyed the sauna and ice baths. Did not love the scented sticks in the bathrooms as I m sensitive to essential oils. But otherwise a great experience. Staff very helpful and supportive, and offered discount as a member at synergy performance gym.

This is the most comprehensive wellness centre on the Sunshine Coast and no costs have been spared. The staff are amazing, friendly and happy to help you wherever needed. The equipment is great quality with plenty of space. Highly recommend.

Was very relaxing and welcoming as it was my first class. The instructor was very informative and the guided meditation at the end was lovely and I left the room feeling relaxed and ready for my day. Thank you

Had a magnesium float. Was very relaxing but I did start to get a little chilly towards the end. I would go back.

Never wanted to do the Sauna before but talked into it by friends and WOW the difference it makes physically with a cold plunge. Love the Contrast !

Sauna is a great temperature as well as ice baths. Bathrooms could use some hooks.

I loved Kats classes. This one in particular was quite strong which was great! Plus the added bonus of a relaxing sound bath at the end. I highly recommend ❤️
