This was my first time visiting Kirby & Teen and I'm very pleased with my experience. I had a brow was, shape and tint (I don't trust anyone with my brows and Kiana made it look perfect) I also got my first set of lashes done and WOW. Kiana is so talented and I can see why she's always fully booked. Such a neat and clean environment and staff are very friendly and interactive with clients. Very happy 10/10

Milly is honestly the best lash tech! She always does my hybrid lashes so beautifully — they’re neat, full, and last so well every time. She has such a gentle touch and really pays attention to detail, making sure everything looks perfect. I had a great experience at Lovely Lash Studio. The place is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so friendly. Prawlene is amazing.She has perfected my Lashes and brows !Highly recommended.

The service was a clean 5 star but the consultation room for lashes is too hot and the sun comes in. Consider putting up blockout blinds and a mini aircon for both the client and consultants were uncomfortable due to excessive heat in the room. Excessive heat could also melt the glue which could result in lashes taking long to dry out.

I had a lovely experience with Bella. This is my second time with her for a lash lift. She is very sweet and gives the best foot massages! I will be back
