Shelly is absolutely fantastic. Went to get the Deluxe eye combo and I love, love, love my eyebrows and lashes. Shelly is really great at her job and made me feel so comfortable. While the tint did its magic, she left the room and turned the lights off, I fell asleep for a bit there lol. Left feeling awesome. Thank you Shelly, I'll be back.
