First time having anything done to my brows apart from threading my whole life. I cannot believe the results😍 Sophie done everything so precisely and just the way I wanted! It’s so difficult finding a lash/brow tech that actually listens but Sophie was the complete opposite! - This was also my first set of proper lashes as I was put off by others but they were EXACTLY how I envisioned😍😭 Sophie has the patience of a saint and I cannot thank and recommend you enough. I took my mum to have microblading done for the first time. My mum has struggled with confidence all of her adult life due to having no eyes brows whatsoever. Sophie was welcoming and very informative, she had great knowledge of the procedure and put both mine and mums minds at ease. The finished product was outstanding. A shock, but a good shock to see my mum with lovely defined eyebrows for the first time ever. We are both extremely happy and looking forward to head back for mums top up.

Just had my brows done by the amazing Sophie and I’m over the moon! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease — warm, professional, and full of reassurance. She explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. As an 80s baby who fell victim to the overplucking era (thanks, skinny brow trend!), I’ve spent years trying to stamp, sketch, and coax my brows into existence. But Sophie’s work is pure magic — it’s like that chapter never happened. I finally have brows that frame my face beautifully, and I won’t be faffing around with powders and pencils!

I dont know what took me so long to have my eyebrows tinted. Emma talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel at ease.

I got my eyebrows waxed and a 30-min ritual massage. Emma is always very caring and makes the whole experience very relaxing. She combines my wishes with her expertise to give me the best eyebrow shape possible. The massage is simultaneously deep tissue/therapeutic yet relaxing. Very happy!

Emma always does the most amazing job of my lashes! Before I went to her I felt my lashes would always fall out after a week or so but with Emma they look and feel brand new 3 weeks later! She always does what I ask for and advises what’s best for me and my eye shape rather than following any “trends” would defo recommend Emma!! X
