Emma is such an absolute gem. She is so highly skilled, knowledgable and experienced in all facets of her treatments it's a pleasure to be her customer. Today I had a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage to address significant pain due to muscle knots and tension and she honestly left me speechless. It was such a good treatment - just incredible. I got my eyebrows waxed and a 30-min ritual massage. Emma is always very caring and makes the whole experience very relaxing. She combines my wishes with her expertise to give me the best eyebrow shape possible. The massage is simultaneously deep tissue/therapeutic yet relaxing. Very happy!

Emma always asks about any problem areas during my 30-min massage and, even if I've not noticed any, she'll hone in on them and really work the knots. It's always such a relaxing mix of effleurage and deeper muscle work. I'm also pleased as ever with the magic Emma worked on my eyebrows!

Amazing massage - Emma really doesn't hold back when it comes to therapeutic massage. My neck, shoulders and back feel looser than they have in ages. The whole experience was super relaxing and cozy - 'just what the doctor ordered'! My eyebrows look so neat and well shaped from the waxing, too.

Emma really listens to my preferences and feeling and applies these to the massage to make it the most relaxing and therapeutic. This is such a lovely tailored approach to massage which I really appreciate. Also had my eyebrows waxed and am very happy with the results.
