It was the first time I have had a lash lift and brow lamination and didn’t know what to expect, but having seen some posts and pics of Mia’s work on Oh So Pretty Insta page, it put my mind at ease. Mia was so lovely, talked me through the whole process and what she was doing throughout my appointment. Made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She explained all the after care. My first time visiting Shaz yesterday and she took great care when doing my waxing and eyebrow tint. My eyebrows looks amazing! And the waxing was great too she made the whole process so easy relaxing and smooth for me. Definitely will be a regular going forwards! Highly recommend! Thank you

I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed, as well as a Hollywood wax, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My eyebrows look absolutely perfect – beautifully shaped, defined, and natural-looking. The Hollywood wax was equally impressive. The treatment was carried out with such care and attention, making me feel completely comfortable throughout. It was quick, thorough, and as painless as possible, with excellent hygiene standards and professionalism. The therapist was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend I’ll definitely be returning!
