Carly was amazing putting me at absolute ease and talking me through what she was doing. My eyelashes look amazing and even though I couldn't have the eyebrow treatment I wanted (due to a reaction at my patch test), Carly still made my eyebrows look amazing. I will definitely be booking again.

I have just had my Lashes done by Laura, I love them! Very professional, they look so natural. I was comfy and warm during having it done. I love The Nail and Beauty Lounge, everyone is amazing, friendly and welcoming!

It was great to at last have my eye lashes tinted and eyebrows and top lip waxed. Lucy & Jane have ensured everything conforms to the new regulations. Not had any lashes done in a long time and was reluctant as they normally irritate me and then drop out soon after but these lashes feel so comfortable and can't tell I've got them in 🙏 The look is exactly what I wanted so am really happy with them 😁 Would highly recommend!

Today I had an appointment with Carly to discuss having my eyebrows enhanced. Instantly she put me at ease and welcomed me into her lovely studio. She asked me questions in order to get an idea of my requirements and my suitability to the treatment. I had plenty of opportunity to ask any questions I had about the process, the aftercare and what to expect on my forthcoming appointments. I now look forward to having eye brows to show off. 😊
