Always perfect. Erica always gives the most amazing service, she is so friendly and knowledgable. The lashes are always *beautiful* and she always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable throughout. The room is lovely clean, cosy and relaxing. I will only let Erica do my eyelashes from now on. Im notoriously bad at keeping my eyes still and having people touch around my eyes and Erica is so patient and kind with me. 100/10 *

Really happy with my visit to Swans today. Lashes look fab. Hollie suggested a mixture of wetlook & classic lashes and the result was perfect, just the look I wanted. I feel l have designer lashes. Hollie you’re the best!
