Rashanna is a gem! This was my first time getting lash extensions and she made me feel so at ease. She explained everything and gave me recommendations on what length to wear etc. I am extremely pleased with the outcome!

This was an experience like none other!! The whole vibe was totally exhilarating I felt like a queen, the ambiance in the room was more than I expected and I lived for every minute I was there. My lashes feel like I grew them myself no heavy ness nothing. What I am most excited about is how she made me feel during my time there, the conversation was educating and light and I felt completely at ease . Richanna is extremely professional. The best lash technician I have had in a while. Her work is exceptional, you leave feeling awesome. She uses quality materials and protects your real lashing to ensure they are healthly despite the fact that you have extensions. Additionally, her customer service is first class. Always the best experience. I never have to wait, just sit right in the chair when I arrive. My appointment last exactly as long as stated. Dionne is the most pleasant hair stylist and lash tech. The atmosphere is always very peaceful and relaxing. Always a pleasure to have any service done by her. Grateful to have found Splash Beauty Lounge and Dionne. I rate it a 10 out of 5.
