I had to come back! 1st time was a lip wax + eyebrow wax. Staff was very kind and really listened to how I liked my eyebrows and understood the shape of my face. 2nd time was an eyelash lift and tint. I believe we went slightly over time because they really wanted to make the eyelashes perfect, lifted and strong in colour. Highly recommend, super attentive and amazing customer service. Tracey did an amazing job with my eyebrows. They look so natural and I just loved the shape Tracey created . It was almost like going to visit an old friend as the whole experience was so personal. Price point was very reasonable for such an amazing job as many brow artists are so over priced and price totally unreasonable for what you get. I felt very comfortable in Tracey’s care. Tracey is passionate about her job and I feel provides this service to ensure the client is happy and is driven by client satisfaction and pride in her work rather than just being money driven.
