Reah is amazing, professional and an exceptional beauty therapist. I am so grateful to her for taking such good care of me and the fantastic results of every service I’ve had with her. 4 years ago I was so nervous and anxious, Reah put me at ease, she listens and advises throughout all services providing expert tips to maintain your look. I had an amazing experience at Kelly’s new luxurious and cosy salon at Tewinbury getting a lash lift and the most relaxing massage. Kelly is so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, very professional and knowledgeable in all that she offers. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family. Fabulous !! Put me totally at ease and the treatments I had were relaxing and performed to a very high standard. Don't let this gem of a business nestled in leafy Welwyn hide from you. I urge you to actively seek out a highly professional duo in Jo and Nicole. Very informed and the hygiene was at the highest level. Very reasonably priced. 9 until 9 7 days a week. Highly recommend and am looking forward to my next visit very soon.

Natasha really took the time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect! I have alopecia so I practically have no eyebrows at all, which obviously made it quite a bit harder for her. I was quite nervous because of having a couple of bad experiences with other people previously. But Natasha listened to what I wanted and made them look so real and natural. I would definitely recommend Natasha and will be going back next year for my top up!

Nicole & Jo's beauty is just down the street so it is very convenient for me. Jo advised me to get a mole checked and just as well because it was a melanoma. After a small op I am now completely clear and that was certainly due to acting promptly. She is a gem.
