Sue made me feel extremely welcome and at ease as this was my first time visiting the salon. I went in for a wet cut, it was brilliant from start to finish! Sue did a great job and my hair now feels very healthy!

First time at Luxxe salon. I had a luxury pedicure with Lucy. She made me feel welcome and talked me through the process. The salon was very clean and tidy. I saw members of staff cleaning their work stations straight away after each client. I booked for a manicure with Lucy, feeling that I would be well looked after. I felt that Lucy will give me good advice on how to care for my nails, after some awful experiences with other nail bars.

Fantastic salon, I had never been to RnL before and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I had a vague idea of the cut/style I wanted and the stylist Rachel talked me through what would work and what might not based on my hair etc. I had never had this before from a stylist and I could instantly tell she was very experienced and so trusted this knowledge and it was worth-while, as I'm extremely happy with the cut and style. I'm very happy with the price paid too. I will definitely be back!
