So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.

My afternoon of pre-holiday treatments with Susan was fabulous. The foot massage as part of my pedicure was the absolute best!! Thank you so much.

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. Another incredible treatment with Lucy, I have been having regular facials for the last few years and my skin is just getting better and better. I would never have the confidence to be seen without a full face of makeup a few years ago, but my skin is so much clearer and brighter now. Absolutely amazing experience, by a super friendly and professional beautician. I get anxious with new places, however, I felt instantly relaxed, and the whole appointment was like I was chatting with a friend. I'm super happy with how my nails turned out, and everything was explained. Great products were used, and I can't wait to see the journey of my nails growing with BIAB.
