Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

I had such a wonderful experience during my facial appointment! The esthetician was amazing. she walked me through every step of the process and made me feel so comfortable throughout. It's the least painful waxing experience I have had so far. It was painful, however, in comparison to other experiences, it wasn't as painful. The lady was also gentle.

I used the numbing cream. My wax lady was nice and polite. The pain from waxing was not too bad. However, my spa specialist/wax lady did not rip off the strips at once. She first tries to pry it open then rips it. That made me anticipate the pain, unlike when the pull it off abruptly so you are able to bear the pain better. Also I like when they add a personal touch and try to gist with you at least. Overall it was good. I woud give it a 5 but for these minor issues.

It was amazing and wholesome, the ambience was great, the staff very friendly and the lady that attended to me was really kind and took her time with my procedure so despite being my first time, I wasn’t nervous or in pain. First time seeing a place in Nigeria that trains their staff to be sooo cordial, helpful and polite.

Had a great experience. Loved the ambience and reception by the staff especially the dark skinned lady at the front desk. She was jovial and well spoken. My waxing lady made me feel absolutely comfortable with zero awkwardness.
