Very reassuring and put at ease with friendly and understanding service. I used to be sceptical about this kind of service but my trust in Emma Kirke out weighed my doubts. This was my second session with Michaela and we are bonding well and I'm definitely getting much more beneficial gain than any tablet or liquid provided by GPs & Specialists and I'm sure that long term my mental health will also grow stronger as I'm giving myself a reason to be out in the world again. I have re visited to see the lovely Emma Kirk who absolutely knows her stuff , I have had many different treatments here , between emma & Michela they have been brilliant, I couldn’t recommend them both enough , there is nothing they couldn’t do between them . This was our first visit. The clinic was very clean fresh and inviting. The appointment was on time. Emma really made us feel at ease and understood my dads condition. Emma was very clear in explaining the cause of injury and the course of action to remedy this. The whole appointment felt really relaxed. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family.

This was my first experience with acupuncture, and Lindsay made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, which really helped calm any nerves.
