I booked a course of 5 hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions for post-op recovery. The clinic is spotless with beautiful decor; the staff are all helpful, courteous and kind. I had some openings on my incisions which I thought the chamber would help to heal. Much to my disappointment, my wounds have increased in size therefore, I am unsure how beneficial this has been in my healing journey, therefore, I won't book another course at present. It's great to have a clinic like this locally and I would use the clinic again if I thought that any of the treatments would benefit me in the future.

Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Absolutely fantastic machines, have completed my first course of treatments and can noticeably see the difference. I have stubborn meno belly and health issues that cause me to bloat. Agnes is amazing, she is kind, happy and knows her stuff would highly recommend. Upon arrival, Bryan looked after me and my gf and told us everything about the treatment The infrared sauna room was spotless and towels and water provided. Will be adding the IS into my health and fitness plan going forward.

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Don't hesitate if you are on the fence about acupuncture, it is a painless treatment with so many benefits....get booked in with Rachel!

Brian was very informative and professional. The actual float experience was way beyond what I expected. Came out feeling totally refreshed, reset,relaxed and like I had been in a deep restorative sleep. Would highly recommend the experience and will definitely be using it again. Thank you
