I have had another treatment from the lovely and informative Christina today. This time I decided to have a lymphatic cleanse prior to the inner cleanse. I cannot emphasise enough how life changing this treatment has been for my overall health. Not just physical, but also mental and emotional. I booked in for a lymphatic massage. The space itself was calming and welcoming, and so was Christina :-) The massage itself was lovely and nurturing, but also effective and powerful. When I got home I could have slept for the rest of the day! Christina checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and warm enough, which I appreciated. I highly recommend any of her services - she is a highly skilled and caring therapist and healer.

Meeting with Megan for a consultation about jockey nutrition/dietary needs made me feel so much more secure. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of an healthy jockey and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for best performanc. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Megans goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Megan is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her.
