I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Emilia is truly amazing and incredibly skilled.✨ From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. She created such a warm, safe, and welcoming space where I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. She really took the time to listen to my needs and goals, and tailored the facial treatment specifically for me, including the most wonderful lymphatic massage. I left with the most beautiful glow that lasted for days, but even more importantly, I felt deeply rested, relaxed, and at peace. I’ve been going to Eilene for years now and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has just moved into a brand new location and it is absolutely stunning: shiny, spotless and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. She is so professional and clearly knows her stuff whether you’re coming in for a wax or a facial massage. The results are consistently great and she makes the whole process feel effortless. She is also just really warm and friendly which makes such a difference. It feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone you trust.

An amazing moment with Paola 💛 she adapted the treatment to my needs and preferences — I no longer have my sciatic pain, and feel so relaxed inside and out. The location is beautiful too, you instantly feel good when you step into the room! I will definitely be back :)

Raquel is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been going to her for a while, and she’s helped so much with improving the circulation in my legs through her lymphatic massage. I’ve also tried the full body treatment. It’s amazing. She really listens and adjusts the pressure to what you like; I prefer stronger pressure, and she’s incredibly skilled and strong. The facial massage is also such a such a treat. Highly recommend!

Emilia is clearly a very experienced facialist and knew exactly how to treat my skin. I had the loveliest lymphatic drainage massage, it felt amazing and the products were gorgeous. My skin looks clean, less puffy, and more glowy. The foot massage while I was having the LED facial was an absolute treat at the end. Thank you thank you! Highly recommend Emelia. I will be back!

I’ve been seeing Isabel monthly since 2021 and I don’t let anyone else touch my skin except Isabel :) She’s always gentle but very thorough with extractions, and the facials are always customised to my current skin needs. I use a lot less makeup now compare to before seeing Isabel regularly for treatments because my skin condition really has improved a lot. Obrigada ❤️
