I had the hot and cold stone neck and back massage this evening and my muscles already feel so much more at ease! I have a job which goes from being very manual for hours to sitting doing little movement for hours, it leaves me with quite tense muscles in my back and neck. But Ali'Stones botanical skins and body therapy has sorted that out. I'd highly recommend her! Very friendly. The vibe in the room is great too! I'll be back for another one soon! Also there is a carpark there and a bus stop right outside for travel to and from. Handy or what?!

Great appointment. Nicola is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything to do with the body. She listened to me about the pain and discomfort I’ve been having and was able to locate the problems and work to ease them. She tailored the massage and session to my exact needs and explained everything as she went along.

Peter was very good but the actual place itself wasn’t very warm not comfortable for a massage also the towel I was given was damp. I would like to return but needs to heat the place up before clients come in, it was at 10am but it should have been warmer.

This was my second visit with Peter. I suffer from sciatica. I originally booked in for a massage but after explaining my condition to Peter we opted for acupuncture and a massage. Almost immediately after placing the needles in my sciatic pain subsided. Even today (morning after) my pain has went from around a 7 to a 1-2. I am truly hoping it lasts, i will definitely be returning 😊. You can tell Peter loves what he does and he is very knowledgeable, even offering advice for self help remedies at home.

Excellent, a very relaxing head massage, then an expert cut. Couldn’t ask for better.

I had a wonderful experience with Body Rejuvenation and Massage therapy. It all smelt amazing and I walked home so relaxed, I felt like I was floating. Definitely coming back soon! Thank you!

I have had 2 visits now both for acupuncture. The first one was really exhausting but then I felt great. This one was combined with reiki and massage. Again I was very tired after the treatment. I think Peter sensed I was holding in a lot of emotion. As soon as he started reiki it came out. I think I need this treatment in my life and very glad to have found Lothian Massage and Acupuncture.

Peter was attentive throughout the session, and the massage treatment exceeded expectations. It provided significant relief from persistent neck and shoulder pain, which had also been causing related discomfort in other areas. The experience was both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone seeking effective, professional care for muscular tension and pain relief.

Great sports massage

Really enjoyed my massage and felt totally relaxed during and after. Would definitely recommend Peter for anyone who wants to spend an hour to forget all the stresses and strains of everyday life.
