My experience was fantastic. The consultation before every massage is really helpful. Anna really listens to any changes which have occurred since the last appointment, which informs what she will do in the session. Every time I have a massage I come away feeling invigorated.

Instead of my regular sports massage, I booked a 1-1 PT session with Claire. She has developed a strength/rehabilitation programme for my hip. I have just had my first session and was amazed that my good side was so much weaker. I will use the programme daily alongside my current training and hopefully this will delay hip replacement. Just waiting for a regular PT slot to come available. I would definitely recommend,Claire, she certainly knows her stuff 😀

Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.

Had a full body aromatherapy massage today and left feeling incredible! Not only was the massage amazing, but Sophie made me feel so comfortable. Always checking pressure was right, worked out some really tough knots and took her time on every bit of the massage leaving me feeling so relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be returning :)

Got a discomfort in lower back- muscular localised pain. Claire attentively listened and focused sports massage in and around the area of discomfort. Adjusts pressure appropriately. Now feeling a lot better and given further advice when appointment finished. Wilk go back again 👌

So pleased to have found Sophie and her meticulous massage. I plan to have a maintenance massage every month with her from now on to get rid of all my knots and aches. There isn't a muscle of you that she misses, working until an area is released.

Anna took such good care of me, which I really needed today. The massage was tailored to my needs, and Anna is excellent at checking in during the process

I felt like a new woman with leg, back and shoulder pains banished after one appointment! Anna’s room is perfectly cozy, with a lovely scented oil used for the massage. Highly recommend and know I’ll be back soon!

Since I’ve been visiting Anna for massage my entire outlook towards treatment has changed. I suffer greatly with stiffness and pain in my upper back, neck and shoulders due to hyper mobility. In the past, masseurs I have visited have often left me more broken, more stiff and in more pain due to their more aggressive style of ‘treatment’. Anna understands that due to my circumstances I require a more thought out and measured approach and always comes to our sessions with more knowledge and ways to help me. Fantastic improvements in my capacity to relax since visiting her too! Excellent!
