Toni made sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was going to do before the procedure was carried out . A very relaxing experience . Kat is the best. I never like facials before I met Kat and now I find them uplifting, relaxing and my skin looks and feels fantastic. I work outside but I always come out glowing. Everything was great from start to finish. The environment was lovely and ready on time. Kat was extremely attentive and professional and took time to ensure everything was perfect and that I got what I wanted from the treatment. I felt very well looked after and valued.
