My 1st visit with Annie, who was superb. She talked me through the assessment with great detail. She wasn't to forceful with my injury site, and explained every action and what to expect. Had a great experience with Annie getting a full body sports massage .As someone who lifts weights and trains frequently, I feel such a relief in all of the areas that were massaged and noticed a big difference when I returned to the gym a few days later.
