I booked a last minute appointment with Kayode after finding him online to check out my shoulder, which had been feeling really tight and sore. He took time to chat through the issue before giving one of the best sports massages I’ve had, really working into the area and using stretches that made an immediate difference. My shoulder felt so much better right after! The space is spotless and nicely decorated, and Kayode is incredibly professional and clearly knows his stuff. I’ll definitely be booking in again!

The best deep tissue/ sports type massage i have had in a very long time, also different stretches factored in which were very beneficial. The venue is very well kept and nicely decorated and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Therapist clearly was very knowledgeable and capable and listened to my specific concerns and adapted his approach to cater for my specific issue. Overall excellent service and very professional set up. I will be returning in future and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful massage session with Naomi at Smart Recovery. This is the ideal remedy if you want to genuinely relax from everyday stress. Naomi employs rhythmic strokes and soft pressure, combined with the soothing use of hot stones, to release tension in the neck, and back . I felt totally rejuvenated and at ease when I left. Highly recommend!

The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to focus on the areas I needed most.
