Liene was a fantastic host. She accommodated our lateness for the treatment initially and her communication was second to none. The treatment itself was dreamlike and very relaxing. So much so that my partner felt like she was in a trance and could have stayed on the treatment table forever. Further to this, because it was her birthday, Liene have her a gift and card. These small touches show that the art of customer satisfaction is not dead. It is alive and well in Cleethorpes. Anna made me feel so relaxed from the minute I walked in there. Pre-treatment assessment was thorough. And she did the best massage ever. Lovely and firm. Will take a few sessions before my knots are ironed out but I will definitely be booking again and making this a part of my self-care routine. Many many thanks for such a positive experience xxx
