I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

Phenomenal. Laura-Lea is so gifted at what she does and the attention to detail was amazing. I came feeling heavy, moody, pre-menstrual and I left feeling lighter, with a complete mind shift and just feeling so completely relaxed. I couldn't recommend Lucy more highly. I've had a lot of massages over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best I've ever experienced. I came with chronic back pain and needed some real relief. Lucy tailored the session entirely to my needs, incorporating a variety of techniques and working in conversation with both me and my body. She did both between gentle and firm pressure, really listening and responding it never felt formulaic. I left feeling amazing, with a significant amount of tension released. I had the most wonderful foot massage with Tikky, perfect pressure, incredibly relaxing, has helped my feet so much and I have gone from being in lots of pain to zero pain. Lovely atmosphere, warm room with gentle relaxing music, I drifted off and felt as though I was miles away. Highly recommended, thank you again Tikky, I will be back soon!

Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!
