Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Lisa is the most wonderful massage therapist in Brighton! And I've tried many places. I have been seeing Lisa for a few years now and always come away feeling lighter. Lisa is very skilled at hitting all the right points of tension with a very firm pressure (she will adapt to what you ask for - she really listens). Lisa has recently set up her new business in this new location and the atmosphere of her room is very beautiful, cosy and relaxing. My favourite is the Thai Fusion or Deep Tissue massage.. I can't recommend her enough.

All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

Rylee is meticulous, gentle and very talented. Her work is fabulous and . Milly & Jin is a breath of fresh air in the nail salon scene in Brighton eg: it's not a sweat shop and the technicians are artists/craftspeople.

Chris is an amazing massage therapist with superb technique, just the right pressure, and his overall understanding of the body is on point. That’s why I continue to return for additional treatments. At my most recent session Chris introduced me to Hot Stone Massage, and all I can say is wow, what an amazing way to really relax and let the aches and pain melt away. Just amazing. Chris’s sessions are so peaceful, healing and facilitated in a warm and welcoming space. I can genuinely say I feel so much better after one of his massages. Thank you so much.

My first ever massage, I was recommended to Chris by my personal trainer to deal with a knot in my shoulder. Chris explained in just the right amount of detail what he was doing, and just as importantly why. I found the whole experience to be relaxing, yet also 'properly' uncomfortable as he addressed areas that needed attention. He clearly knows his stuff and answered all my questions with the appropriate amount of detail and confidence. Excellent stuff - I'll be back.

Brilliant sports massage, exactly what I needed. I’d been carrying so much tension and stiffness and could genuinely feel the difference straight afterwards. Friendly, professional and really knowledgeable, they took the time to understand where the problem areas were rather than just doing a generic massage. The pressure was spot on and I left feeling so much more relaxed and mobile. Highly recommend!

The sarga massage was fascinating. It was very relaxing despite Helen being able to get deep into fascial tissue. I felt extremely exhausted after the massage: I’m guessing because it was shifting ‘stuck’ fascia. I’ll be back to experience more.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Natasha, it was my first one. Natasha as lovely as was the room. The massage itself was great, more relaxing than I thought it would be. The best thing about it is, that today I have noticed my leg is less swollen than usual. I am really impressed with the results and will definitely book again.
