Absolutely amazing, it was the first time since injuring my shoulder that I have actually relaxed. All the work on my back was more like a deep tissue massage which is what it needed and then the rest of the massage was just relaxing. Pretty sure I fell asleep a couple of times.

Jo was welcoming and professional right from the start. We talked about my skincare and how I felt about it and Jo explained how the treatment would be tailored to my specific skin needs. The atmosphere and surroundings were very calming so I was very relaxed throughout the whole treatment.
