I was apprehensive at first. I booked sleep deprived at 2am at a really good price, I’ve been in so much discomfort with my back for far too long. The space was very clean and professional, the welcome was warm and I felt very safe to relax. I booked the deep tissue back massage and although uncomfortable at times, (the nature of what I asked for) he has worked an absolute miracle! I don’t get massages often, however I will be booking again to try get in once a month as a treat. I rang 3 people on the way home to express how brilliant it was! Thank you so much for today and see you again! X

Fabulous place and fabulous Staff . I have had the most relaxing Aromatherapy Massage . I really can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed . Will definitely be back and highly recommend here . A lovely touch at the end with the cup of tea xxx thanks soo much

Had once again the most amazing massage today at Noubalm. I can’t recommend this place enough x From the moment you walk in Vicki is there on reception with the loveliest smile and greeting to the expert staff who make you feel so relaxed and at ease . Had a fab massage today with Lynne . I just love this place and can’t wait to come back . It’s the added extras after your treatment too love the herbal teas . I am definitely going to sleep well tonight xx thanks once again ❤️

I always have such a relaxing experience here. He is incredibly attentive, making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I especially appreciate how he focuses on my problem areas—he’s been great at helping to relieve tension in my hips, which I’ve struggled with for a while. I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage and facial with Rachel; I would highly recommend. Rachel is very knowledgeable, lovely and instantly puts you at ease. The room itself is very relaxing and peaceful, love the decor and everything in it. I was completely relaxed and comfortable the whole time I was there. I haven’t felt that relaxed and calm in a very long time!

I had the pleasure of a pregnancy package massage and facial today and both were absolutely wonderful! It’s the first time I’ve actually relaxed since finishing work and I could not fault the attention to detail I received. Throughout it was ensured that my bump was comfortably catered for and that my strange aversion to smells was not triggered. As someone who gets anxious about trying new things and meeting new people, Stacey made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. From the minute I walked in she was so welcoming and friendly. I had a pregnancy massage and added on the facial for an extra £10. I found the experience really relaxing and refreshing. I can tell Stacey actually cares about her work and her customers and it’s nice to have someone confident in their work. I had the sacred glow massage with extended reiki, my skin is so soft from the exfoliation and the massage got rid of all my muscle tension leaving me feeling serene and at peace which was perfect alongside the reiki. Beth is honestly incredible. I had a facial for an hour and a half and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed. She is such a lovely person and has such a calming presence, you instantly feel at ease with her. I’ve probably had over 100 facials and massages and I can genuinely say Beth is the best I’ve ever been to. Her treatments are on another level. My skin is glowing afterwards and the whole experience is pure relaxation. I genuinely look forward to my monthly facials now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
