As a pregnant mum carrying twins, I cannot recommend Olivia's prenatal massage highly enough. My back and hips were so painful from travelling while pregnant that I couldn't sleep, and every step was agony. Olivia expertly worked out all my kinks, positioned my pregnant body perfectly with pillows throughout, and I really trusted her expertise. She came to my villa and created a beautiful set-up by the pool with music, which was so luxurious. I felt better after the massage, but the real magic came two days later when my overwhelming pain had disappeared. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! The service room was unique, cute, and cozy. Marisa was so kind and knowledgeable. She provided me with a phenomenal mani/pedi and massage. She’s extremely skilled and personable. I would 100% recommend spa services with her. Services were also reasonably priced and well worth it.

Kiani is great, we started the appointment talking about my pain and the history of it. She was very informative about what could be the cause, what areas she would focus on for the massage and advised on steps I should take following the appointment. The massage was amazing, naturally came with a bit of discomfort due to my built up tension in the area but I could feel a difference immediately once those knots were relieved. Thank you Kiani!

Ricardo was amazing, very professional. I am starting to get carpal tunnel symptoms at night, and after my massage, I didn't wake up with pain in my hands. I'm not sure how he did it, but that was the first time in months I have been pain free at night. I can confidently recommend him, and I will definitely rebook next time I visit Barbados!

I had an excellent deep tissue massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My muscles felt loosened and refreshed; and tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying was worked through with great care and skill. The space itself was relaxing, cozy, and very peaceful, which made it easy to fully unwind. I left feeling lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend.

Had a 90 minute prenatal massage and it was wonderful. Olivia was able to bring relief to several uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms, like carpel tunnel, sore feet, and tight achy back muscles. I am already booked for my next one!

Totally excellent experience. Marissa was friendly, offered good advice about products etc but the best part of my experience was the massage! One of the best I've had, I left feeling completely relaxed, body feeling like butter. 10/10 would come again and would recommend to other.

I absolutely enjoyed my 60min deep tissue massage at Holistic Body Therapies, I left feeling refreshed and very relaxed. My only regret was that it had to come to an end I could’ve stayed on that bed forever.

Clean, relaxing space and the massage therapist is friendly, courteous and definitely skilled.

Shenice and Nneka were the perfect massage therapists. They were very professional, friendly and discreet. We were so relaxed after our treatments and would definitely recommend them.

My experience was great with a welcome back from Kaie who did my pedicure and my massage was great also with Merlyanne both were professional with their work thanks again ladies .
