The whole shop is a vibe! Had a blast. I loved that even though I booked a freestyle and told Yolanda she had 100% full creativity she kept trying to get to know different styles I like so she could still tailor a set to my liking. Would 100000% book again!!

The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly. It was my first time at the beautiful Grand Beauty Spa. I had a scheduled appointment with Maria, who I had the good fortune of meeting in Jacksonville, Florida, when she did my hair. I was so impressed that I make it a point to travel to Tampa, Florida, just so that Maria can do my hair. If you are in need of a mani or pedi, I recommend booking an appt with Suzanne at The Grand! The Grand Manicure & Pedicure is a great experience that really hydrates your skin and nails.

I had a wonderful experience with Des at Nails w/Finesse it was a relaxing steam-pedicure and I really loved how everything came out. I went with the polygel overlay on my natural nails, and will be back again soon cannot rave about this amazing shop enough! So glad to have a nail technician that loves her work and also does a great job💗

Haylee did amazing on my nails and was so gentle and precise! I usually have very sensitive nail beds and I didn’t feel much with her. The nails and design were exactly what I wanted and she made sure everything looked perfect. I’ll definitely be back. 🥰

Yolanda was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! She is very professional, friendly, open, an all around fantastic nail tech! Her technique was on point her customer service was outstanding i would recommend her to anyone and she definitely has a new client! I LOVE MY NAILS !

I enjoyed my spa day beginning with sauna and attempt at the cold plunge Yikes! Followed by a massage by Lily and added the foot reflexology. Wow that was intense. Then I finished my day with a mani and pedicure by Gaya. The facility, although in an old building, has many modern amenities like cold plunge, saunas, head spa, facials, and much more. Showers and bathrooms looked recently renovated and hair salon clean and bright. I highly recommend this place

First: Thanks for accepting my last minute appointment! Second: Stina was a gem! She was so relatable, enthusiastic and passionate about her work. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I don’t get me nails done on a regular basis, so she explained everything to me. Third: I did a simple mani/pedi. They use a steamer that was amazing! No more water submersions for me. Amazing experience all around!
