The whole shop is a vibe! Had a blast. I loved that even though I booked a freestyle and told Yolanda she had 100% full creativity she kept trying to get to know different styles I like so she could still tailor a set to my liking. Would 100000% book again!!

The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly. It was my first time at the beautiful Grand Beauty Spa. I had a scheduled appointment with Maria, who I had the good fortune of meeting in Jacksonville, Florida, when she did my hair. I was so impressed that I make it a point to travel to Tampa, Florida, just so that Maria can do my hair. I had a wonderful experience with Des at Nails w/Finesse it was a relaxing steam-pedicure and I really loved how everything came out. I went with the polygel overlay on my natural nails, and will be back again soon cannot rave about this amazing shop enough! So glad to have a nail technician that loves her work and also does a great job💗

Haylee did amazing on my nails and was so gentle and precise! I usually have very sensitive nail beds and I didn’t feel much with her. The nails and design were exactly what I wanted and she made sure everything looked perfect. I’ll definitely be back. 🥰
