The indoor lighting makes it difficult to really see the polish colors on the sample books. I preferred the experience of being able to see the bottles on the shelf. My nail tech and I also struggled to find an appropriate color. I have tan skin and I’ve had a few experiences at this salon (also when it was under previous ownership) of feeling limited by the color-selection. Also, the built-in fans at the front desk were not working. My tech provided a mini fan at her station. I dried for 30 minutes and my nails still scuffed/scratched once I got home. I think the fan impacts drying.

I've been to the Maison Pasadena location before, and was very happy that you opened one closer to my home. Terry did amazing with my java glow pedicure, I absolutely love this service. My essential manicure was good too, but I didn't get a hand soak like I had in Pasadena. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will be coming back.

Tina did a great gel mani. She’s friendly, efficient & was patient with me selecting my nail colors. Only thing is she forgot to do the massage that is usually done. Joan did an awesome job with my pedi. She’s polite and was able to get my toes to look way better than when I came in. This was SO much better than the last time I was here where the male techs was pushy af in up saling me. Insult to injury he cut my cuticle area making my finger bleed & did a bad manicure. Also asked my ethnicity. Wish they played better music like the chill ambient jazz that was played when it was tinct.

Booked last minute on a Sunday night and was so impressed! Appointment was confirmed quickly, and the salon was busy but welcoming. Love this salon. The place is gorgeous with beautiful decor and great customer service. They make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. I got to work with Diana my first visit and she did such a great pedicure - I now make sure to request her for every appointment! She is so meticulous with her work and makes sure my nails are always perfect. Diana is my favorite but all the staff are kind and lovely.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I’ll never go to another salon again. It’s the best salon in Los Angeles, and they always do a great job!

The ladies at Glow Nails were sweet and professional! My pedicure was relaxing and my toes look great! My husband also got a pedicure (much needed) and his feet are super smooth! The shop is cute, clean and the chairs were the comfiest I have ever sat in to get my toes done at any nail shop! We were both very happy with the service! I will definitely be going back!

My nails were truly perfection. I’ve never had someone do so such an amazing clean/cut job. My time was a little long to be honest and I am normally out of the nail shop within 1 hour at least. I was there from 3:30-6:00 for mani and pedicure. It was worth it overall.
