I can’t recommend Poppy highly enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything, putting you at ease with any treatment. You feel confident and reassured from start to finish. She will guide you honestly on what will give you the best outcome, offering advice that’s tailored to you and what you want to achieve. She’s also unbelievably gentle — I’ve nicknamed her “Feather Fingers” because her touch is so light and careful, yet always precise and professional. Poppy makes the whole experience comfortable, calm, and completely stress-free. Thank you Poppy!

Had a Japanese head spa with Poppy and it was just amazing. She carefully analysed my scalp first then gave me a tailored massage after - it was so relaxing! I I’ll definitely be back! 🧖

Absolutely AMAZING 😍Feel like a new women, and my scalp and hair feel incredible. The shine on my hair right now is ridiculous! 100% recommended, I have booked to go back in the new year! Emily is the best nail tech out there, she has been doing my nails for a long time now - she's so patient with me and listens to my ideas and advises me with my nail care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. Plus she does an AMAZING luxurious Elmi pedicure and the most beautiful salon. 11 out of 10 all round.

I absolutely love getting my nails done by Emily! I always have some sort of nail art which Emily does such a great job with. She’s very friendly and easy to chat to. Her salon has a lovely calm and cosy vibe too. Really recommend 🫶
