I'm not a nail person, but my nails were desperately in need of some care. I just had a basic manicure, and it was a lovely experience. For a 'not a nail person' I've booked my next appointment.

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

Bitten my nails for 40 years, Leona fit me in on March 1st and my nails did not exist at that point. We are now in June and I am going away with beautiful elegant nails!! 100% recommended, laid back environment without the salon pressure and anxiety.

Love getting my nails done by Lilly. They always look amazing, we have a nice little natter, and my nails last for ages. She does my lashes too. I'm always very happy with the outcome. Thank you Lils! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. X

Lily is amazing. I always love my lashes and nails after having them done by Lily. And we always have a good chat. I can highly recommend Lily. My nails always last for 4/5 weeks which is great.

My nails are amazing as always and now my lashes are too! Paula works so hard to create a really relaxing and private salon environment. Her attention to detail is unmatched and the prep work she puts into your nails gives them an incredible finish! She can’t help but be a perfectionist when it comes to all of her treatments, and the results speak for themselves. Always love coming here, and will be a customer for many years to come. She’s a hidden gem in Biddulph!
