I had a wonderful time with Justyna! I was caught in the rain before the appointment and she was so kind to get me dried, warm and cosy before starting the appointment. She truly cares about her works quality and made sure to educate me about the process too. Then the nails are so lovely and they are exactly what I wanted. Cannot recommend her work enough! Laura was absolutely great today. I’m really new to having nails done and I was made to feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish. Done a fantastic job on my hands and feet and left feeling very happy and relaxed.

Above the Norm indeed! Normalee paid great attention to detail, and was solicitous of my comfort. The Salon made me feel pampered. The forms and aftercare were explained to me before the beauty treatment, and I was impressed with the end results. I’m looking forward to having other treatments done at Above the Norm in the near future.
