Love my nails. First time going and will definitely return. Really friendly atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. Also I booked for detailed nail but was charged less as wasn’t deemed complex so very honest too!

It was a great start as both of us were ready on time. In retrospect, I'd have liked to have seen the 3 colours for the French Manicure . I'm happy with the quality of the French Manicure. All questions were appropriate to garner client satisfaction. Her straight line on one nail for glitter was at a bit of a slant but others wouldn't know unless it was pointed out. It would have nice to have been treated equally like other clients who came in. I wasn't offered a drink yet this was one of the first questions that other clients were asked (2 clients when I was there). That's why 4*

Lovely relaxing pedicure with Grace in a beautiful salon. Grace was super flexible and managed to squeeze me in an appointment before I went on holiday. Nails look great and I feel super pampered. I’ll be back x

Phoebe my acrylics today as well as a pedicure. She was really friendly and welcoming and kept checking I was happy with how they looked. I hadn’t ever had a pedicure before and Phoebe did a really great job and kept checking in making sure I was comfortable etc. in regard to the nails themselves I LOVE THEM I used a photo for reference and She got them spot on. I am no ready for my holiday!

Charlotte is an ultimate professional. Her salon is cosy comfortable welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s such a treat to look forward to, I’ve recommend Charlotte to a few of my friends. Without exception all were delighted with their nails. One even commented it’s the best nails they have ever had.
