It was my first time visiting Lauren today, I booked in to have my Nails done which I am over the moon with. I can honestly say from start to finish I had the loveliest time, Lauren was so helpful with directing me as it was my first time visiting so I wasn’t entirely sure where I was going and she made me feel at ease as soon as I got there. Lauren’s little Beauty room is lovely and has a really relaxing atmosphere to it, it was so nice to just have a chat and relax. I have already booked in again and I am looking forward to coming back.

I’ve had my nails done lots of times before, but Lauren is the only person who’s asked me what shape I like. I’m not a fan of long nails and most places try to make my short nails look longer by making them rounder. As I like to keep my nails short I like a square cut, and Lauren does this perfectly for me. My hands are also in much better condition after having the hand massage & scrub and I have had LOADS of compliments at work! I will definitely be a nail regular!

Always have a great experience, Emma who cuts my hair is amazing, i would never go anywhere else and Emma who does my nails and beauty is amazing, feel like i have a friend.

This was the first time I’d met Lauren who was very friendly and helpful. I was extremely pleased with my nails and would definitely recommend.

First time for brow lamination, am soooo pleased with the result, looks very natural, can’t believe it was possible to make something from my really sparse brows. Lauren is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease immediately. Cannot recommend her enough, so looking forward to my gel nails next. I’m sure I’ll be a regular very soon. X
