I recently had a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at your salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire service. The manicurist did an excellent job of my nails, leaving them looking polished and pristine. The pedicure was equally as fantastic, with the technician paying close attention to detail and ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. I love the customer service at la crystal and Tammy did an unreal job at making my nails look clean and simple. The manicure itself and the colour/application are perfect and the attention to detail is the best I’ve ever had in a nail tech. 10/10!

Tammy was incredibly understanding and very flexible, I asked her to redo a few things because I had some different ideas of how I wanted the nails to look. She tried out each one and worked with me every step of the way! Always a lovely experience to have her as my nail tech.

Nikki as usual did a e job - pedicure and fixed a broken nail as I’m leaving on holidays tomorrow. Nit crazy about your new pedicure set up. Def not as good as before. Will still cone to you for my fingers but will go elsewhere for pedicure. Sorry.

Tammy does an amazing job every time! My nails have never been healthier. Biogel lasts 4-5 weeks with significant nail growth and I'm not gentle on my hands.

Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.

I had biogel nails done with Lucy and then the most relaxing deluxe pedicure with Tina this morning. 5 stars is not enough for the amazing service I receive everytime I visit La Crystal!
