My experience with Izzy has been wonderful from the start. She was so patient dealing with my initial enquiries, and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Izzy has done the training required to learn the science behind the treatments she offers, and has a thorough understanding of their impact on the body as well as the achievable outcomes. She is kind, warm, caring and always positive during appointments. You can really tell she cares about each one of her clients and is genuinely invested in working with them to achieve their goals. I highly recommend classes at Lifestyle Fitness with Monique. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and designs a tailored workout plan according to your individual fitness needs. As someone who struggles with mobility and has difficulty with everyday movement, Monique was able to help me achieve one of my personal goals which was to get up off the floor independently and safely. Instead of dreading exercise as I used to in the past I find myself looking forward to the next session.

Monique is an amazing Bio. She is my boggest supporter on my weight loss and strength journey. She has also helped me with various injuries.

My sessions with Izzy have come to an end. I was pleasantly surprised to see the difference the treatments have made when comparing before and after photographs. The RF sessions significantly improved the appearance of the 12 year old stretch marks on my abdomen from pregnancy. They are noticeably tighter, less indented and don’t look as white/silvery. My skin laxity has also improved considerably. I had EMS sessions to help switch on my ‘lazy’ upper glutes. I’ve definitely felt the difference in the way my glutes are engaging and noticed a very unexpected improvement in my posture.

My 12 year old son, Zac, tagged along to my appointment today. Izzy was so accomodating of him with her consistently open, warm, friendly and caring attitude. When we jumped in the car to leave, Zac commented that he felt Izzy was a ‘200 out of 10’ when it comes to kindness 😍.
