Excellent massage and body work! As a runner (who doesn’t stretch) I think the results from incorporating this type of recovery will pay off. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone in need of assisted stretch, trigger point, and deep tissue massage!

Yesterday I had my first massage at Bergen Thai Massage. I've been looking for a real Thai massage place and no need to look further! Had an amazing massage by Susie, was in real pain on my back and full of knots. Communication was great, she focused exactly where I asked and was able to relieve my pain. Will be back for sure!

I went there to fix my knee problem, first time i went already feel good. Maggie is a great staff, has a great knowledge and great service , and all the staff are friendly too.

My first private lesson with Tomoko was amazing! I am a beginner in pilate and gave up group classes in the past… Her lesson covers approximately 15-20 postures which keeps you busy and exciting. Plus her instructions and precise posture corrections really help your core muscles and stretch. I highly recommend Tomoko’s lesson!!
