Amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was explained well on how to control the sauna and music and coloured lighting and how to get the best out of the ice bath experience .Everything so so clean and it was my own private sanctuary for an hour. Well worth the money and so relaxing and just what I needed to help me heal following my mum's passing 10 days ago. This is a wonderful business and the owner Georgia was. Lovely and passionate about the benefits of this treatment. I will be back and I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful relaxing time in the sauna. The ambience was perfect with lighting and music, it was fresh and clean and I was able to shower afterwards too. I’ll definitely be back for more rejuvenation!

Just what we needed after a half marathon

Great service and facilities, never done infrared sauna before and was rushed and unorganized when I came in, but they were very helpful, it's all straight forward and I felt great afterwards. Recommending to others already and looking to be back myself also.
