Aoife gave me a fabulous back neck and shoulders massage. I had a very achy back from a combination of gym workouts and also being a massage therapist myself. Aoife’s firm pressure massage was perfect to ease my aches. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and very soothing. Thank you 🙏

Such a great massage from Faith. I’ve had a lot of issues with tightness down my right side including waking up at 4am every day with back pain (a good 9/10 pain!). The night of the massage I slept the best I’d slept since February! Definitely a regular - If I can get appointments in her busy diary!

Lovely deep tissue massage. Aoife was very welcoming and applied just the right pressure. She gave feedback on some of my ‘problem’ areas too. The ONLY negative was that it had to end! I guess I will have to book again soon in that case! Thank you so much!

I am loving this new addition to Weston-super-Mare. It's so handy to have somewhere to pop in and have a private sauna and cold dip. I am also giving the red light therapy a go.
