Excellent professional knowledge delivered in a way that instantly makes you feel at ease. CJ is great as always, I thought I had a little giggle in my shoulder, but it appears it's a very big knot! After an hour of wonderful massage I can now move, got exercises to continue the good work, definitely rebooking, great therpist, knowledgeable and understanding.Thank you ❤️

Heidi explaines everything so well as she is treating you. She concentrates on the smaller muscles not just the large muscle group. These small ones are sometimes 'switched' off and so need to reawakened. The exercises to follow for rehab are also excellent and Heidi is happy to help you find the ones which work for you.

Great service, talked through the process and what areas needed targeting and how to go About resolving the issues. More than just a sports massage it was understanding your own body mechanics and how and why things happen, also given exercises to work on the areas that need more work. Thank you
