It’s a lovely space, very homely and relaxing, and I got parked right outside. The massage was great, I like a really firm massage which it absolutely was! But Angela made sure it wasn't too sore at the same time and I still felt relaxed afterwards. Excellent massage and friendly and relaxed service in a lovely, quiet building.

Today was dry needling treatment and hopefully I feel an improvement tomorrow onwards. Angela tries so hard to sort your problem out and I think we're getting there. As they say , no pain no gain !!!

Angela was fantastic at putting me at ease. She explained what was going to happen and what was going on at different points. The venue was relaxed and professional, I would definitely return in future.

Well done again Angela. Worked on the area and then acupuncture and it worked last time . So I've no doubt il be fine in a day or two.

Brilliant as usual , but this time I took advantage of Angela's acupuncture service. Had it previously elsewhere, and it worked so trying it again . You never know when the needles are going in or are still in. And easy coming out. Will return for more if problems persist but usually I find it works. 🤞
