With Ceri it is only ever a 5 Star service, she knows exactly what she is doing, she knows how to tap in to your strengths and weaknesses and the great thing is she pushes your limits so your strengths become even stronger and your weaknesses be clone be personal bests, I love that she has a great sense of humour as well it’s great to be able to get on with someone when they are driving you to be the best version of yourself I wouldn’t want to work with anybody else on this journey
