Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

I have been receiving treatment from Cara as part of a marathon running plan after I had some minor issues. Cara has not only gave treatment to offer relief from soreness, at times she has given me some great advice and laid out exercises for me to incorporate in my strength training and they have fit in as part of my whole plan brilliantly and I've had really good results! I've needed lots of different support and advice throughout this process and Cara has been an important part of it from start to finish.

Done such a great job diagnosing and helping fix my injuries. The recommended stretches and strengthening exercises have been recusing my aches and pains week on week, along with the massages during the appointments.

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

Cara had a look at a problem that I've had with my back for a while. She was very thorough in her assessment and identified the likely problem for me. She prescribed some rehab exercises and clearly demonstrated them to me. The massage gave me some relief straight away. I've already recommended her to my wife!

I’ve been seeing Craig for the last few months for a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been brilliant. Through a combination of band exercises, strength work and massage, my shoulder is almost back to normal. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing physio.

This is definitely the go to place to visit for sports injury and treatment. Ive been several times after starting to play walking football. At first it was with niggling injuries and once with a knee injury. Cara has really got me back to fitness again with preventative excerises and massages and now with no niggling injuries. Even enabling me to climb The Old Man of Coniston with no injury issues after. Would 100% recommend!

Have seen Cara with a couple of different injuries now. Each time I've been she has been fantastic. Very thorough finding out what the problem is, very professional and confident. Also the preventative exercises have been really helpful. Would 100% recommend if you have injuries that need sorting

I attended because of pain through tight shoulders and pain and tightness in my left flank, buttock and hamstring. Nathan’s application of sustained deep tissue physio has done the trick!
