I love classes with Lauren. Every exercise is targeted towards your goals, respecting your ability whilst always challenging you. I always leave feeling invigorated AND relaxed at the same time! Highly recommend.

Lauren is an amazing pilates instructor. Her set up is outstanding and very private. I always have an amazing time doing pilates with her and never know how the time flies !
