I love classes with Lauren. Every exercise is targeted towards your goals, respecting your ability whilst always challenging you. I always leave feeling invigorated AND relaxed at the same time! Highly recommend.

This was my first massage by Theo. He explained and discussed everything before the treatment. I went for deep treatment and wow, that was deep at times! Theo really knows his job. I felt great afterwards and will definitely book another treatment soon. Thank you Theo.
