Lauren’s knowledge and experience has enabled my husband and I to make excellent progress in just four sessions. She now tailors our sessions support my husband’s recovery from a total knee replacement, alongside more traditional methods for myself . I cannot believe how motivating her sessions are, they are really fun , in beautiful surroundings which seem like a totally indulgent spa experience Thank you Lauren we’ve now booked our second course and cannot wait .

Such a fantastic class. This was our first full 2:1 session , it was fully personalised for our individual requirements, my husband having had a recent knee replacement. Full range of exercises, challenging and most of all relaxed, calm and fun. Each exorcise was fully explained with details of the muscle groups we were working on. Excellent experience, will continue to book , thank you so much !

My husband and I are weeks in at Reform and Rise Pilates and we’re loving iit! The class is fun, supportive, and we already feel stronger and more flexible. Individual tuition fantastic , each week we are suitably challenged and the program is adjusted to our individual needs, my husband has had a knee replacement and progress has been amazing. I’d highly recommend it!

Excellent. When you take that first step to get help it's the biggest and scariest. Garry made it calm and simple. He put me in touch with someone who I'm hoping will be able to help with the reason for me contacting him which is the overwhelming stress that I'm under having my mum in a care home and how she's being treated and how the people who run it treat me as well.

First 1:1 Pilates session and I’m addicted and can’t wait for next week! I felt really great after this class thank you Lauren. The session was challenging, really rewarding and fun. My glutes and abs were certainly activated. I really liked that although I was challenged I wasn’t over working my muscles, Lauren really took the time to ensure that I was doing each move correctly and if the weights needed adjusting she was on hand. The studio is absolutely beautiful and calming which really gets you in the zone.
