Gemma is a lovely warm & friendly practitioner, who is also very knowledgeable about all the treatments that she provides within her salon. I go to Gemma for several different treatments & I wouldn’t go anywhere else for these, she always makes me feel at ease & I look forward to my visits. Gemma works to a high standard & is very provisional regarding all aspects.

I had a microneedling session with Hannah at Flawless Aesthetics 4 weeks ago. I’ve struggled with breakouts in the past, and since the treatment, my skin has really calmed down. Redness went away after a couple of days, and over the weeks my skin has got smoother, pores tightened, and old scars started fading. My skin looks fresher and healthier now. Hannah was very welcoming and professional - she discussed the facial throughout and is clearly very knowledgeable about skincare and the treatments she offers. I had a wonderful facial and could see the difference from the day after - I came away feeling completely relaxed. I will definitely be returning for further treatments and highly recommend Hannah!
