I have gone and injured myself again sigh. This time my rotator cuff and while I'm on a course of anti inflammatories before physio starts, my back is taking strain due to over compensation. Muneera found all my knots and worked it out, even my injured side but carefull not to injure it further which I'm grateful for. She really has a passion for her job and never rushes through a session.

Who knew that over stretching at yoga can lead to injuring my rotator cuff 🙄 and that the scar tissue from a fall almost a year ago will always give me some sort of discomfort. Left untreated or waiting too long to have to seen to will just make it worse over time. I learnt this from Muneera who used a myriad of tools for a full body massage therapy due to their power being off because of the storm. She did however go home to warm bean bags and stones for me 🤗 A day later and I have full rotation in my cuff albeit still a bit sensitive. She took her time and worked almost 2 hours on me

Andrea my therapist massaged deep into my tight and sore muscles, with care and sensitivity. Even though it was painful at times, it brought relief to the areas that were constantly in pain. The full body massage was comforting and soothed my aching body. Thank you Andrea.

Injured my wrist and Ankle and needed Muneera's help to speed up recovery. First a massage with CBD infused balm so smooth out the tension, followed by RIFE for my wrist and Wet cupping for my ankle and fell asleep 😅 The pain in my wrist already subsided algamdullilah. Muneera is my go to Body Message Therapist for all my aches, pains and injuries.

Ash is the medicine you didn't know your body needed. The best therapist around. Believe me, I've had many care for this weary body. Well worth the drive or flight to Claremont . The space is not glitzy but functional. So don't expect sideshows like fragranced candles and plush carpets. But do expect a treatment that will reset your body.
